Secondly, the Red knob, Black knob thing is meaningless. Fender used red knobs on a bunch of amps in the late 80’s then switching to black knobs later on in the 90’s. The 1987 Red knob “The Twin” is identical to the 1993 Black knob “The Twin” apart from maybe small part changes to save cost as the run evolved.

The value of Twins in general is quite low. Too big, too heavy, too loud. I'd guess the value of a real SF Fender Twin Reverb to be in the vicinity of $500-1,000 depending greatly on condition and location of the seller. A "The Twin" model would be worth somewhat less.
